The Passionate Plate’s menu is exclusively and lovingly created by two chefs
who adore good food so much they’ve dedicated their lives to creating it.


Wade Paterson

Passionate about food from a very young age, Wade Paterson has been crafting
award-winning cuisine for almost 20 years. Wade’s career has included a gold
medal at the Taste of Canada culinary competition and positions at some of
Calgary’s finest establishments, including Inn on Lake Bonavista, Bearspaw
Golf & Country Club, Trattoria d’Italia and The Calgary Tower. Recently, Wade
has created culinary programs as Executive Chef at Lakeside Greens Golf &
Country Club and District Executive Chef for Aramark Canada Ltd. Embracing
a range and depth of culinary expression throughout his illustrious career, Wade
has developed a style of cooking that embraces simplicity, freshness and an
unadulterated love of food.


Janice Fuller

Trained in Vancouver at the Dubrulle French Culinary School and L’Ecole des
Chefs Relais Gourmands (with Lumiere chef Rob Feenie), Janice Fuller has been
creating delicious experiences for more than 15 years. Designing and building a
5-star resort known for its cuisine, Janice’s depth of experience with exceptional
food is something you’ll fall in love with.
